Biblical Insight:
Although it may not seem like a very large space, there is a battlefield in between your ears. Paul tells us that our warfare is engaged against thoughts that attack our mindsets (2 Corinthians 10:3-5). Like Boris, when we are going through change we often let our mental guard down and accept thoughts saying we are not enough. But these thoughts are not from God. God loves who we are and has prepared us to do good works (Philippians 4:13). We must listen to God’s voice in order to press on.
