We might think that we are just not there yet, or that we are or ‘almost’ worthy of God’s love. But the truth is that He saw us as worthy of the highest price even when we were a shadow of our true selves (Romans 5:8). Now we have been made a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17)! God sees us as the beautiful people He always made us to be. He is love (1 John 4:8), and letting love in will teach us how to step into our truest selves.
