Biblical Insight:
There is this theme throughout Scripture that emphasizes the importance of making a plan so as to reach your God given goals. Proverbs 21:5 explains how the plans of the diligent bring success, but haste leads to lack. Similarly Jesus compares being His disciple to one who builds a tower, but first estimates the cost and supplies, forming blueprints, making a plan. He tells His followers to first set their minds to live a life of sacrifice and plan for this, so they do not grow weary along the way (Luke 14:25-33). A strategy brings order and stamina to what you are doing.
