Boris has slammed the door... Amber and Boris have gotten into a fight, and Boris asks Dave for help. Dave shows Boris healthy mechanisms for processing emotions that come up after an argument. Eventually Boris and Amber resolve.

This lesson cross references the SEL Core Competency: 'Relationship-Skills.' It teaches children effective conflict resolution. Dave gives practical tools and mindfulness strategies on how to manage negative emotions in relational settings. He shows how to reach a safe place internally amongst a mental swirl of frustration with others. The episode ultimately models how to developing positive relationships even amongst healthy conflict.
