Biblical Insight:
So much of the Christian journey is about learning to think God’s thoughts. Just as Paul says in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 our battle is not in the flesh but in the brain - a battle against mindsets. One of the biggest areas of our minds that needs renewing is the way we think about ourselves. God has precious thoughts towards us as numerous as the sand by the sea (Psalm 139:17, 18). If we knew how God saw us, we would not want to be anyone else!
Additional Scriptures: Genesis 1:26-28, Psalm 139, Romans 12:2, 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Boris will not have any chocolate... Dave and Boris explore how to obtain mental clarity amongst a storm of helpful and unhelpful thoughts. Not every thought in our brain should be digested, or for Boris, just because the chocolate is in the kitchen, that doesn't mean he has to eat it!
